Charlotte LUCAS

Pharmacist, UK
Charlotte is a UK pharmacist, functional medicine practitioner and AfN registered nutritionist with over 30 years of experience in public and private practice. She helps women struggling with hair loss. Charlotte optimises regrowth by identifying and addressing the real drivers of disease and harnessing the best that western medicine and integrative approaches have to offer. She created ‘The Regrow Method' and confesses to being a gut microbiome geek. Her mission is to serve as the science, nutrition, and integrative medicine support hub for women's hair loss.
Charlotte founded REMEDY & YOU Ltd, in 2021, a company dedicated to supporting women struggling with hair loss and offers 1-1 client support via her online clinic, partners with registered trichologists and hair loss clinics and is an educator to trichologists and hair professionals.
She is a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the Association for Nutrition, the Institute of Functional Medicine, the College of Medicine and the Association of Registered Trichologists.
